Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 3, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and BetterJobs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("BetterJobs", "we", "us", or "our"), and govern your access to and use of CommentQuest and our related website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Please read Section 15 carefully. It contains an arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved and limit your legal rights.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must not be barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction, and you must not be located in a country subject to comprehensive sanctions or be listed on any restricted-party or denied-party list. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
You register using Google sign-in and must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You may hold only one account; accounts are personal to you and non-transferable. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. The Service
CommentQuest is a platform that offers tasks — such as writing comments, replies, or posts on Reddit — that you may choose to complete in exchange for rewards. We do not guarantee that any tasks will be available, that you will qualify for or be able to complete any task, or that you will earn any particular amount. We may add, change, suspend, or remove tasks and features at any time.
4. Connecting a Reddit account
To complete tasks you connect and use your own genuine, established Reddit account. You are solely responsible for your Reddit account and for complying with Reddit's User Agreement, Content Policy, and all applicable rules. You must not create fake accounts, use bots or automation, purchase or sell accounts, or engage in vote manipulation or other prohibited activity. Your activity on Reddit is public and governed by Reddit's terms, not ours.
5. How tasks work and verification
Each task includes instructions you must follow. After you submit a task, we verify that it was completed genuinely, follows the instructions, and remains live. We may reject a submission that is incomplete, does not follow the instructions, is removed by you, by Reddit, or by a moderator, or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or violates these Terms. Only approved tasks earn rewards. If content for an approved task is later removed or is found to violate these Terms, we may reverse the associated reward.
6. Authentic content and disclosures
You are responsible for the content you post. Content must be genuine, lawful, and your own, and must not be deceptive, misleading, defamatory, hateful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. Where required by law, including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guidelines, you are responsible for clearly disclosing any material connection when you post content in exchange for compensation.
7. Rewards, balances, and cash-outs
Approved tasks accrue a balance in your account, and new accounts start with a $5 welcome bonus. You may request a cash-out once your balance and account meet the applicable eligibility requirements. We cover all payout processing fees, so you receive the full amount you cash out. You never pay any fee to be paid, and you never have to pay for, subscribe to, or unlock anything in order to receive your earnings.
We may withhold, delay, adjust, or reverse balances or payouts to correct errors or to address suspected fraud, abuse, removed content, or violations of these Terms. Balances are not bank deposits, do not earn interest, and have no cash value except as expressly provided at cash-out. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive, and you may be required to provide tax or identity information before a payout can be processed.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Using bots, scripts, scrapers, or automation to interact with the Service or complete tasks.
- Creating multiple or fake accounts, or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility.
- Manipulating votes or engaging in coordinated inauthentic behavior.
- Submitting false, plagiarized, or misrepresented content, or content that violates a task's requirements.
- Interfering with or attempting to bypass our verification, security, or rate limits.
- Posting unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Reddit's or any third party's terms.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or as needed to comply with law or protect the Service or others. On termination, balances associated with rejected, reversed, or fraudulent activity may be forfeited. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by BetterJobs or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you create, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate and provide the Service.
11. Third-party services
The Service relies on and links to third-party services, including Google, Reddit, and our payments and rewards provider, Whop. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that tasks or earnings will be available, or that any particular result will be achieved. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetterJobs and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the total amount we paid you in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BetterJobs and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, your Reddit activity, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party rights.
15. Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class-action waiver
Please read this section carefully. You and BetterJobs agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and BetterJobs waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the remainder of this section will not apply to that dispute. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to stefano@commentquest.com.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration section above, the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Miscellaneous
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and BetterJobs regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, employment, or joint-venture relationship between you and BetterJobs.
